John Ball, who has served as the CEO for Universal Alloy Corporation for the past 21 years, will now assume the role of Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors for UAC-Global. Mr. Ball successfully led the company to expand its operations globally and broaden the company’s aircraft extrusion and products portfolio to become an industry leader.
Further to the CEO change, the following executive announcements are also effective today:

John Ball will stay with Universal Alloy Corporation as Co-Chairman of the Board, responsible for the strategic development of UAC and the operations in Romania. Richard Griffin will also stay with UAC as a board member and as consultant for the company especially in regards of financial development and investment projects.
